Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These terms apply when you use bromaapp.com, the Broma desktop app and the Broma cloud services (together, “Broma”). By creating an account or using Broma, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Broma.
What Broma is
Broma is a desktop app for building and running browser automations — flows, an AI agent, browser profiles, proxies and schedules — together with cloud services for your account, profile sync, teams, an in-app store and a referral program.
Broma is in beta. Features may change and some things may not work as expected. We work to keep the service available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your account
You need an account to use Broma. Give us accurate information, keep your password safe, and don’t share your login outside your team. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Broma. If you use Broma on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Plans and payments
The Free plan includes every feature that runs on your own computer. Paid plans add cloud services such as profile sync and teams, with the limits shown on our pricing page when you buy.
Plans are bought for a fixed period of 1, 3 or 12 months and paid in advance. They don’t renew automatically: when a period ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you buy again. Buying the same plan again extends it. Switching to a different plan while one is active converts the remaining value of your current plan into extra time on the new one.
You pay the price shown at checkout, in the currency shown there. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your content and data
Your flows, profiles and other content belong to you. We use what you upload — such as synced profiles and proxies — only to provide Broma to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you put into Broma, including making sure you are allowed to store and use the accounts, cookies and credentials inside your browser profiles.
If your paid plan ends, cloud sync stops accepting changes, but you can still download the latest version of each synced profile.
AI features
The AI agent uses an AI provider you choose, with your own API key. What it sends goes directly from your computer to that provider, under that provider’s terms and pricing. AI output can be wrong: check what an automation does before you rely on it.
Responsible use
Broma is built for legitimate browser automation. You are responsible for complying with each website’s terms, applicable law and your organization’s policies. You must not use Broma to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- commit fraud or impersonate people or organizations;
- send spam or run harassing or deceptive campaigns;
- collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- distribute malware, or disrupt or overload Broma or any other service;
- resell access to Broma’s cloud services or work around plan limits.
In-app store
The in-app store lets users sell flows to other Broma users. Flows in the store are made by independent sellers, not by Broma, and each seller is responsible for what they sell. We review every version before it goes on sale, but we don’t guarantee any flow.
When you buy a flow, you get a license to use it with your Broma account. Don’t redistribute it: each download carries a signed watermark that identifies the account it was issued to. If a purchase is refunded, the license is revoked and the flow can no longer be downloaded.
Sellers receive the sale price minus the platform commission shown when they join. Earnings are held for a period before they can be withdrawn, are paid out to the bank account the seller provides once they reach the minimum payout amount, and are reversed if the sale is refunded. We may reject or remove listings and suspend sellers that break these terms.
Referral program
If you join the referral program, you earn a commission on payments made by people who sign up through your link, and you can earn free plan time when enough of them qualify. The rates, holding period and minimum payout are shown in the app when you join.
Commissions are held for a period before they can be withdrawn and are reversed if the payment is refunded. Referring yourself, creating fake or duplicate accounts and other attempts to game the program are not allowed; if we detect them, we may withhold rewards and remove you from the program.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Broma at any time, and ask us by email to delete your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Broma or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account because you broke these terms, the remaining time on your plan is not refunded.
Disclaimers and liability
Broma is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or accounts — including accounts on other websites that restrict or suspend you because of automation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top; for significant changes we will also let you know on the website or in the app. If you keep using Broma after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
